Paid Return Policy

At Proteiniumntr, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your product. To qualify for a complete refund, please ensure:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, retain the original tags, and be in the same condition as when received, including any original packaging, if applicable.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
  • A service fee of PKR 50 will apply for returns.

Refund Processing

Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases are not eligible for direct monetary refunds. Instead, COD orders can be refunded as store credit, which may be applied toward future purchases. Future orders will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees if applicable.
Refunds for Credit Card payments will be returned to the original card used for the purchase.
Store credit refunds are processed within 5 business days of the product's return, and credit will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.
Credit card refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the item is received by our facility; however, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

Returns Exclusons

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded, including but not limited to swimwear, personal items, accessories like socks, gloves, bandages, towels, mats, and similar items. Items in sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened.

Return Request Process

Include your order number and specify the items you wish to return. Additionally, please provide a photo of the item showing its condition, along with any tags or original packaging.
If the item meets the return criteria, our support team will arrange for courier pickup. Once the item is received, we will process your refund or store credit.

Additional Information

  • Items must be returned within 5 business days from the return approval date. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • Only approved items can be returned; any additional items sent back will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Designer packaging, if included, should be returned as well.
  • If items are not returned in original condition, or if they appear used, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, and the item may be sent back to the customer.
